An 8am attender welcomes newcomers with this encouragement:

"Why 8am?  It’s over by 8:35 a.m. Still time to go golfing, or fishing, or just home and relax. If you want a sermon, watch it later in the great 10am online coverage. We use the 1962 Canadian Anglican Book of Common Prayer. If congregants have forgotten where to look in the book, don’t worry, the pastor leads us through it, page by page and tells us when to get up and when to kneel down. And if you can’t kneel anymore, don’t worry. We offer communion every Sunday; that is the whole purpose of the 8:00 service. Not Anglican? If you are baptized, you can celebrate communion with us. Don’t know what to do at the Communion rail? Sit near the back and watch your neighbour. Not baptized, but you have become a believer? Call the church and the pastor will get back to you.

Our service is quite simple. It is spoken without music. Dress code is quite casual, if you like. Each Sunday, we hear a Gospel and Epistle reading and responsively read some portion of a Psalm.

Also, we have ample free parking. Public transit is a short block away.

We hope to see you there!"
