Step with us onto a giant map in the parish hall and explore your own ancestral journey alongside the many Indigenous nations that have lived—and continue to live—on this land.

This interactive experience, offered in churches across Canada by Alongside Hope (formerly PWRDF), invites us to reflect on the interwoven histories and ongoing relationship of Indigenous Nations and settlers.

This event includes a light lunch.

Suitable for ages 16 and up.

Please register here.

We are grateful to our facilitators, Cheryl Marek and Nancy Hurn, and knowledge holder and fire keeper, Tehotsienhate (bright fire) Bruce Weaver. Follow this link for an introduction to Bruce.

The event is free for all to attend, with a free-will donation opportunity to Alongside Hope Indigenous Partnership Program.

All are welcome—we hope you'll join us!
