The Reverend Victor Kischak become our rector on May 1. You can learn more about him here.

Welcome to the Church of the Holy Saviour, in Uptown Waterloo.  We are a diverse community that offers hospitality to all.

We strive to follow faithfully in the Way of Jesus, joyfully sharing his good news. I challenge us to integrate the Christian faith with our unique life experiences and challenges, and with contemporary understandings of existence. It is here we offer comfort to the frail and lonely, bruised and vulnerable – for those among us and beyond.

Here you will discover a deep regard for our Anglican heritage as well as alternative extensions of that Christian tradition. I invite you to join with us to sing unto the Lord within our Sunday pattern of worship. “Cantate Dominus” is our motto and, whatever the project or endeavour, we steep our ministry in scripture, prayer, sacrament and song.

John’s gospel begins by describing how Jesus found himself being followed by two inquirers who asked him, “Teacher, where are you staying?” He answered, “Come, and you will see.” So they went, and saw where he was staying, and remained with Jesus.

That’s where we claim to be. Whether you consider yourself to be a seasoned pilgrim, sojourner, or seeker, I invite you to come and see.
